This is part 5 of a series about using story banks to effectively and efficiently achieve public relations goals. In the remaining series articles, I will share sample questions to pose to your stakeholders.
Since higher education is near and dear to my heart, I will use questions related to higher education stakeholders. However, the questions can be tweaked and used for different types of stakeholders in different industries.
Here is a sampling of story bank questions you might pose to board members:
- What inspired you to serve on the board?
- What do you want the community to know about the college and its impact on the area?
- What is your most significant accomplishment as a board member?
- What else would you like to achieve as a board member?
- If you could solve one community or national problem, what might that be?
Do you use story banks? What other questions might you pose to board members?
