This is part 2 of a series about using story banks to effectively and efficiently achieve public relations goals. In the remaining series articles, I will share sample questions to pose to your stakeholders.
Since higher education is near and dear to my heart, I will use questions related to higher education stakeholders. However, these questions can be tweaked and used for different types of stakeholders in different industries.
Sample story bank questions you might pose to students include:
- What do you like most about the college?
- Have you ever received a college scholarship? If so, how did it help you?
- What are your future plans and goals after graduating from the college?
- If you could solve one community or national problem, what might that be?
- As you look to the future, what matters most to you?
Do you use story banks? What other questions might you ask of students?
